Side Wall Reconstruction
February 11, 2013 in General
Hi Gang,
After chatting with Stinson it turns out that the measurement/angle I used for the side walls was wrong. I was off by two degrees. So… simply put, the entire front end has to be reconstructed. Its very frutrating, but I’m going to take a different approach this time. Instead of building the frame first, I’m going to cut 1/4 inch 4X8 sheet of ply then build the frame around the ply. This should ensure no warping/bending of the frame.
UGH… More to Follow

ouch! I hate when it happens… but it’s part of the process I guess. Don’t let it turn you down.
PS: what’s on your face in the profile photo… pretty creepy I must say

Hi M,
Every Birthday, regardless of who… someone always got a cake or pie in the face… And it just so happens that that particular year… I got it all… Cake, Pie, Pudding… It was a great time! That’s the mystery of the photo…
As far as the side walls go… I had a disasterous weekend. I had 4 days off and only got the ONE panel “partially” finished. I was hoping to be a lot farther along but those angles are killing me… I honestly thought about tossing the whole thing in the trash!!! Not to worry… Not gonna happen!
